Our first Firefighter's Ball with the Mckinney Fire Department. I had been so excited about this ball for weeks, I just couldn't wait to get all dressed up and to get to dance! But when the day came (yesterday) Danny and I both were feeling a little bit sick! We had already bought the tickets and really didn't want to miss out on it. So feeling sick and all, we got dressed and got ready for the ball. (hey, that rhymes!) Anyway! We ended up having a really good time. The food was good and we had fun. Neither one of us were up for dancing, which made me a little sad because that's what I was most excited about. But it turned out to be a great night!

Balls are so much fun! But I can relate. I was sick at the last ball we had. It's so disappointing when you've picked the great dress and shoes and then you feel like crap. I'm so glad you had fun though.
