Ohhh Leven!

Happy new year! (happy thanksgiving and Merry Christmas...a little late!..)

This was our Christmas card picture! Poor Haylie! We tried for a good hour to get
a good picture and this was the best we could do, before she started melting down!

I've not been so good about keeping up with this blog thing.  Our computer caught a virus and the internet has been down, so I have a rather good excuse..and well I have plenty of other things around here to keep me busy now that miss haylie is here!

I have been putting off getting our computer fixed for a few months now. (just keep forgetting about it really) Turns out I can fix computer viruses myself!!! I got determined one day and looked it up on my phone internet, and found an easy solution right there! I was very excited to of been able to fix the problem myself! If only I knew it was that easy I would of tried that months ago!

What's NEW?..............

Haylie had her first plane ride and trip to the beach!
We went to Myrtle Beach to watch Danny in the World's Firefighter combat challenge!
His team did amazing! They came in second place in the world!!! It was a fun get away and Hay's first trip to the beach at 2 months old!

Haylie on the plane!! She did so good! She was a pro at it!

Hay with danny after his race!

Taking Haylie down to the beach for the first time!
She also found her first seashell!

Team McKinney!! 2nd Place World Champions!!

Haylie turned 2 months old during our trip at the beach!

Happy Thanksgiving! We made Haylie a cute little turkey tu-tu!
It's hard to see in the picture, but it was so cute!

I just love this sweet smile!!

Visiting daddy at the firestation!

Not only was Christmas already hard without my dad, but that week was also his birthday.  We tried celebrating the life of my dad by having game night with the family. He was definitely missed at the celebration and is missed so much each day. Life seems so much more quiet and not quite as fun without him around.  It's been almost a year already and were still trying to figure out how to go on without him!

Happy Birthday Daddy! (I'm sure the celebration was much better in heaven!)
Christmas was definitely different this year.
Danny and I enjoyed our first Christmas with baby Hay here at home. Then spent the rest of the day with the Jones family, while my family spent Christmas in Oklahoma! Haylie slept most of the day, but it was still exciting for us to spend Christmas with her!

 Hay's first Christmas!

Christmas morning! Haylie was very excited!

Sweet picture! She was loving her stocking and new chair from Ammaw and Papa!

Family Christmas Picture!

I just love this sweet face!!

Haylie just turned 4 MONTHS old last week!!!! I can't believe it! She is getting so big! She recently had her 4 month check up and she is right on schedule, weighing 13.5 lbs! Some days she seems so big to me, then I realize she is still so little! She is so funny these days! She is rolling over, laughing, playing with her toys, trying hard to sit up, and even eating rice cereal now! Each day she learns something new and it is so exciting to watch her figure things out! It seems like she has babbled mostly since she was born, but recently her babble has turned in to loud yelling baby talk! I love it!

We are having a blast with sweet baby Haylo! She is growing up way to fast! I think this age is my favorite so far!! We sure are blessed!!

Im sure there is much more to mention but my blogging time is now over! Hopefully next post will be sooner rather than later!
