One HOT Momma!

Mommy Dearest* Pretty Woman* Lady on her Cell Phone* Still Looking Young* One HOT Momma!*
This post has been a long time coming! I was hoping to have this written by Mother’s day, but well I am a little bit behind! I’m not only writing because of mother’s day; but because my mom deserves to be recognized (any and everyday) as the best mom in the United States and all other countries too! (And there’s a lot of those! *mom, reference the globe near by! j/k)

My mom is the greatest person I know! She’s the lady that inspires me to be a better person! She’s the lady that takes on way more tasks then I could handle in a lifetime! She stands up for what she believes in! She has brought us up in a home filled with prayers and love. Not only is she a mom, but she has been a hair dresser, a doctor, and a veterinarian too! (That’s a true story! At least that’s what she made her kids believe!) I was 20 before Mom quit cutting my hair because I finally figured out she never was a hair stylist in the first place!

My favorite story about my mom is the time she rode a cow in the Romo Rodeo. There were rodeo clowns and a huge audience and everything! It was her first time and she hopped on that cow like she was a pro. In fact I am most certain she made the 8 seconds easily! And let me tell you, that crowd went wild!! (*Mom, when I get my hands on that video it’s going straight to the internet!) After seeing my mom ride a cow I knew that lady was fearless! (Also, at the time I was probably 8 myself, so I was easily impressed!) But never the less this Texas Mama keeps up her game in and out of everyday life. She truly is the most incredible woman I know. Through these tough days she is the one to give us strength in times she finds it hard to have strength herself.

To the Prettiest Lady I know,

Thank you for being the BEST mom! I wanted to make a thank you list of all the things you do for us but realized it would be way easier to make a list of the things you don’t do! And that list is still blank! I admire your strength in all that you do.  I am thankful for your love. I admire everything about you! Thank you for always being there for anything! I know we (mostly Zach and Danny) often give you a hard time about not knowing stuff or burning our dinner on a regular basis, but you know we wouldn’t have it any other way!
I know daddy has always been proud of what a great mom you have always been and I know he is proud of the great mom you still are! Like I said before, your tasks these days are so much more. I love that you do things with a smile on your face and without a complaint! Thank you for teaching me to be grateful for all that you have! There literally aren’t enough words to describe just how great you are! Even though you may not have won any of the many sweepstakes I entered you into, you’re a winner in my book! And you deserve much more than a stinking spa day! If it was up to me I’d give you the world! Such as Daddy gave you a star!

I love you mom!
-Your favorite Child. (the one with no baby pictures!)
