Dad is usually the one who plans out our trips. He is so organized that he would have a notebook full of things we could do, and he knew how to get anywhere. So next in line to being a planner, would be me! It was up to me to find us a hotel, decide when were leaving, what to do each day, and when we would be home. We had planned on leaving at 10 am on Monday morning. Zach and Skylar were landing in San Antonio at 6, and this gave us plenty of time to stop for lunch and hit traffic. Instead we left closer to 12, a little bit in a rush hoping to get there in time.
So we had a rough start, our first time on our own without dad in charge. Our hotel was a dump, we had to ask for our money back it was sooo bad! We were an hour late picking Zach and Sky up from the airport. We got lost many times trying to use the GPS. And we had to find a place to say in a busy city were most the hotels were already booked up. He would of known the perfect place to stay and exactly how to get there. The rest of the week turned out good. The only bad thing was that every where we went, everyone else was there too. It was such a busy place anywhere! We shopped on Tuesday at the Rivewalk and then Sea World on Wednesday! Headed back home on Thursday! It was a short vacation, but it was nice to get away. Here are a few pictures from sea world! We had a great time! Also got to see Zach on his Birthday! Happy Birthday ZACH! and Skylar only a few days after his birthday!! . :O)
